Smoke in the air
blurring my vision,
as I lie on this porch
with my numb little Asian.
In the silence of the night,
our whispered conversations,
echo through the daze,
through static reverberations.
Holding each other,
naked in a venetian,
she steals kisses from my lips
while I drown in her seasons.
We lie on this porch,
with our minds flying high,
the tenderness of her body,
seeping into mine.
As the weed burns out
and the time runs through,
we lay here naked,
my body and you.
Far from this world,
to her lust I succumb;
As she holds me in her arms
when I’m comfortably numb.
